“I went in this past Saturday and initially left very unsatisfied with my nails. I won’t get into detail as to why but the nail technician did her best to try to cover up the mistakes but it ultimately made it worse. I never typically complain but after spending my money, I decided to reach out to them via Facebook Messenger. Right away Shayla responded with the attitude of “Don’t worry we will take care of you” which was awesome! Fast forward to Tuesday evening (soonest I was able to come in) and I was essentially a walk-in as they had to work me in with their scheduled appointments but Tina greeted me and was very sweet and had the same attitude as her sister Shayla! Emily started the process of removing the old nail design and Tammy took over and did an outstanding job with my new nails! I always get my nails done by Julie and I love unique and creative nails. Every time without fail she does amazing. I never leave the salon unsatisfied.
